Note: This is a list of the foods which we will keep on hand at all times, for cooks and menu writers to be able to know that we have a stock set of food from which to draw meals. We may have many other items at any time, and we can buy those items upon request, but we must buy these things first. In the case of produce in particular, we will normally have many things not on this list, but they will shift with what is in season, and what is affordable at any one time.
