Sasona adopts the CHEA policy below (on 2018-12-02)

A CHEA Employee disciplinary policy is a public review of a paid employee's performance at a house meeting (voted on October 24, 2016 by CHEA- see exhibit A, XVI under Discipline). An Employee Review can result in a vote to give the CHEA employee a verbal warning (50% majority required), a written warning (50% required), or a recommendation of termination (75% majority required).

As a matter of courtesy, members are encouraged to talk to one of Sasona's board reps, then talk to the employee in question or talk to the CHEA board reps before calling for a review.
