The Basics
"Third parties" must be bonded. I don't know if that refers to us because we're not exactly a third party.
Don't be a jerk. You can't lie, harrass, use profanity, or intimidate. You can't call at unreasonable hours. You can't call repeatedly. Treat former Sasoonies with the respect they deserve, be polite and honest, and we should be well within our rights by law.
